Ugra replaces the erstwhile CEO Amit Rai who has been appointed to a new role as Chairman of the Board.

Mr Sachin Chowdhery would be serving as the CEO of Materpiece Espire India MasterPiece Group, Inc. (MPG), owing a capital of 719.8 million JPY with headquarters in Tokyo is a well established and a well-known Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) organization running call centers in various Asian Countries like China, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc.
