Espire's Fixed Time - Fixed Price model offers customers a low-risk option and guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. This model combined with Espire's global delivery model offers the customers a tremendous cost advantage.
This model is a traditional pay-as-you-go approach to developing a project. In this, Espire typically provides all resources and project management and identifies and forms a project team with the required development members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project requirements. Based on the team size and structure, our customers pay an efforts-based cost. The Time and Material Pricing Model is used when:
- It is difficult to determine the scope of the project
- Making accurate estimates is a complex task
- Explicitly defining specifications and implementation plans is indispensable
